I’m so glad you’re here.

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Arizona, Nevada, and California with over 15 years of clinical experience. My work integrates attachment and relational psychotherapy, depth-oriented therapy, IFS and parts work, polyvagal and nervous system regulation, Brainspotting, mindfulness, somatic and trauma-informed therapies, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I tailor therapy to the unique needs and goals of each client, creating a process that is collaborative, experiential, and deeply attuned to the individual.

I believe healing and freedom emerge when we align body, mind, and soul and reconnect with the instinctual wisdom that often becomes buried beneath trauma, fear, over-functioning, and survival strategies. Much of therapy involves learning how to listen inward again—developing the capacity to tolerate vulnerability, uncertainty, grief, desire, and the deeper questions of meaning and identity that arise throughout life. Therapy can become an invitation to move beyond old adaptations and toward a more authentic and integrated relationship with oneself.

Therapy with me is deep but gentle work. I offer guidance, insight, compassion, and evidence-based support, but healing is ultimately a co-created process—one that helps you become more connected to your own truth, resilience, and inner authority.

“The life of a healthy individual is characterized by fears, conflicting feelings, doubts, frustrations, as much as by the positive features. The main thing is that the man or woman feels he or she is living his or her own life, taking responsibility for actions or inaction, and able to take credit for success and blame for failure. In one language it can be said that the individual has emerged from dependence to independence, or to autonomy"
